Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because most products sold on this website are digital goods, refunds and cancellations are subject to the conditions below. Physical gaming accessories, where sold, may have separate product-specific return conditions stated on the relevant product page.

1. Digital Goods Policy

Digital goods are generally processed quickly and may become irreversible once delivered. For this reason, orders that have been successfully delivered to the correct account, server, region, or destination provided by the customer are generally non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Requests

A cancellation request may only be approved if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment or delivery process. Once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The product was successfully delivered to the account details provided by the customer.
  • The customer entered incorrect game account details, UID, server, platform, region, or product information.
  • The customer changed their mind after delivery or after processing began.
  • The issue is caused by publisher rules, game account restrictions, or other third-party systems beyond our control.
  • The transaction is associated with suspicious activity, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized payment behavior.

4. Cases Eligible for Review

We may review refund, correction, or replacement requests in the following situations:

  • payment was completed but the product was not delivered;
  • duplicate billing occurred due to a confirmed system or payment issue;
  • the delivered product materially differs from the purchased product;
  • an internal technical error made fulfillment impossible.

5. Claim Period

Claims should be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after that time may be declined if the issue can no longer be adequately verified.

6. Review Requirements

To review a claim, we may require your order number, payment confirmation, email address, game account information, screenshots, and any other reasonable supporting information.

7. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method where feasible. Processing times depend on the payment provider or financial institution involved.
